The OpenAustralia Foundation is a charitable institution aiming to to find better ways of making government, public sector and other useful information freely and easily available for the benefit of all Australians.

The directors of the foundation are Matthew Landauer, Helen Reynolds and Kat Szuminska.
The OpenAustralia Foundation was founded in July 2009.
